Is there a free trial for Pro?
Yes — 14 days, full features, no credit card required. If you don't upgrade, you keep free-tier access to your first 3 units.
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade or downgrade anytime. When downgrading, you keep Pro features until your billing period ends.
What happens if I exceed 3 units on Free?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Your existing data is never deleted — you just can't add more units until you upgrade.
Do you take a cut of rent payments?
We charge a 0.75% platform fee on rent payments, embedded in the processing fee. This is lower than any competitor and covers platform costs.
